A solar cover, sometimes called a solar blanket, is a useful piece of swimming pool equipment that can help maintain the temperature of the water within your inground pool. It's meant to preserve the temperature and condition of your pool's water. The thermal properties of a solar blanket prevent heat loss and evaporation. They are designed to attract sunlight and keep the pool water warm.
